Immigration Resources for Priests
The Maryland Catholic Conference issued a one-page resource on Immigration for priests.
This resource outlines the basics of Church Teaching on Migration:
- All persons have the right to have their basic human needs met.
- Sovereign nations have the right to control their borders
- Families have the right to remain united and the right to live with one’s family cannot be denied by law.
It cites Pontifical Statements and provides Scripture references on Migrants and Migration.
