Philippines
The Missionary Oblates have a major presence in the Philippines. They run Notre Dame schools all over the country, including Notre Dame University in Cotabato City, Mindanao. In keeping with the oblate charism to work with the poor, many Oblates are in parishes administering the sacraments and accompanying the people in Basic Ecclesial Communities. Others are in the hills living with Manobos and Tirurays in Cotabato. There is a special emphasis to promote justice, peace and integrity of creation. Learn more:
